Under the circumstances, this place is great. Hot breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the residents. Staff is great. Whitney, Miriah, Brittany, Jojo, and so many more. They have great resources to help people get back on their feet. Housing vouchers, case managers, counseling, help with scheduling Dr. appointments, and finding transportation. All in all as a whole a great place to have a fresh start at life.

The staff go above and beyond the call of duty, either by helping those who wish to progress or by showing no judgment for those whose ambition is blocked. They help you get to work, they help you find housing, they cook for you and make you laugh. The only stressors are the other clients staying there-- lots of hard drugs users and thieves and people who are too ill to pursue mental health. But as long as you remain focused, you can get out. I am so grateful for the staff, they show endless empathy, and I'm so grateful for their resilience and patience.

Not disability or illness friendly at all. Only explanation given for not letting me stay in when I was sick was "not enough funding." Fail to see how much money it costs just to let me sit in a chair indoors or rest in the bed I'm already assigned. Staff's policy was to not let you stay in unless they witnessed you being sick with their own eyes. So of course if you're sick in a stall with the door closed and quietly ask for cleaning supplies to take care of it yourself then you don't count because no one saw it. I imagine not, since most human beings don't possess X-ray vision, but some do possess common sense and common decency. Have the rules changed at all since they changed locations of do they still kick you out in the morning? Do they let you store your things now?
