Spokane Water Well Repair Service

Sorry, but not a good experience to install a new tank when we were without water. They responded quickly same day but here's the negative. They got lost and charged us for that time. They charged us 6 hrs labor and took 2 days; not the customer's fault. All they did was check the electrical and replace a capacitor the first day and take a tank off and put a new one on the second day. Really they should have had a tank with them, even a smaller one as they had all the specs from us. They said they couldn't get a 119 gallon one like our old one. We are an hour away and they knew we'd end up with an 80 gallon one to get water again and we felt they should have had it with them so another day wouldn't have to be charged. Jake called a tank co. to bring one out (we'd never heard of that) but co. couldn't bring one so wouldn't it have been smart to have it with them as well as electrical parts to save the customer another trip??? They told us about the tank refill time and said it should be fine but they could add another tank (making two) if we wanted. Well, we contacted another co. to verify and ended up adding another tank with that co. as we didn't want to get "stiffed" again. That co. replaced burnt electrical parts and did a thorough check on all components at a lower cost. The parts that Jake at Pump Service charged weren't the issue but their labor sure was. We suggest another co. that comes prepared before choosing this one. Service: Pump repairs & installation

I was looking for a well company for one of our customers that was with out water. I called 4-5 different companies no one would give me the time of day..?
