        The staff at Banfield demonstrate a solid knowledge foundation combined with sincere caring & compassion for both their patients and the families. Their ability to answer the phone when patients call has vastly improved. Shout out to Mya & Tyson; they are amazing vet techs & routinely go out of their way to assist people when they have an anxious, out of control (large) dog. The vets are amazing; they are up-to-date on veterinarian research & still incorporate some old-time, common sense interventions. We live in the Valley and feel the 30+ minute drive is worth it.
