This was a great alternative to when your pet does not need the emergency clinic. Price was fair and all the staff was amazing! Nicer than my own vet office thats for sure! Will be back, thank you for the great and thorough care of our little puppy when his eye got scratched!

Checkup on my ball python they did awesome. Dr ratcliffe is awesome handled my snake very professionally and I learned a few new things as well. Thank you!

We brought Shelby im a few weeks ago as she was shaking and whining, the dr suspected she was having some back pain possibly a disc issue, less then an hour later we where at home and the disc did in fact slip. they had us come back they saw her again and didnt charge is for a second visit however she did have to go over to the ER for the CT to confirm. 3 or 4 days later we came back and saw dr shelby this time as our shelby had blood im her urine. She had a UTi but other wise was still healthy. They switched up some meds and gave her an antibiotic, at 15 days we were able to call in for a refill without a visit. They have been super helpful and they have called a couple times to see how she is doing. We have another appointment tomorrow to have them give her a look over and see how we should continue! Overall we are super happy with the staff and treatment plan! Of course dog care is always expensive but atleast we have this option
