Max AutoSports of Spokane

Apparently google doesn't let you submit more than one review for a business. Being the local Mitsubishi dealer I get the work done on my 2 Mitsubishi's at Max AutoSports and I am very happy with the repairs and the customer service. My vehicle has over 350,000 miles and I have let some problems go longer than I should resulting in cascading issues of my own actions. * I like the courtesy transportation; it allows me to drop the car off while at work and not inconvenience my wife to drive me around * For minor repairs they get me in pretty quick and are good to get me on the schedule for longer repairs. * They call and give me timely updates on my repairs and when I'm impatient and call they answer the phone and give me updates. *On more than one occasion if I have called ahead of closing time they have stayed around a few minutes longer for me to pick up or drop off my vehicle. *On more than one occasion when I have questioned the diagnostic result and talked directly to the mechanic. The mechanic was correct. *I have been present around a few upset customers, and the customer service representatives were professional, and the customers were not reasonable. *The only thing that would justify mistubishi prices for parts would be that they use gold in their parts. MAX Autosports has worked with me to mitigate some of manufacturers cost of parts and keep my car running. My review is not transactional, my experience has been measured over years, multiple customer service reps, and thousands of dollars of maintenance on 2 Mitsubishi's and a 1995 Chevy Silverado turbo diesel. They have been fair and honest in all my transactions. They have a culture of good customer service. So much so that as my cars age, I find myself looking at their website for cars with a warranty for life because it's not good enough to have a warranty you need someone that can fix it too.

Smooth scheduling, test drive, and purchase with this dealer! I hate buying cars (especially used cars!) but our experience with the team at Max AutoSports made it relatively simple and painless. We bought a new family car last week and everyone we interacted with made the experience enjoyable and comfortable. We were able to get the car inspected by a mechanic pre-purchase then took a day to decide whether to buy, and never felt pressured. Special thanks to Terry Dawes, Zaid Nassar, and Chase Klassen for helping us secure an awesome car that we're hoping to enjoy for many years to come!
