These people only care about you when youre BUYING the car! Begged me for a 10 rating , I gave them that! But when I need something No Way!! NO warranty on tires! Even with less than 750 miles. 450-F type, only drive when sunny and dry. Sidewall bubble, service quickly blamed problem on us, must have hit a pothole!! Wont be going back and I will be contacting Jaguar Corporate.

Good luck getting ahold of anyone in service.. All advisors dodge phone calls and the "service manager" must be too cool to work because he/she is never available. Working with "Tristen". Please follow up.

Arrived at Jaguar Spokane mid afternoon with a sensor emergency (no engine restarts) coming from Puget Sound. Paul, service rep, had the car repaired even though I did not have an appointment, and I did not lose a travel day.

The service writer was cordial and talkative, with a good smile. She pursued a question I had and the service tech provided a video with a very good explanation of my concerns. Car was ready in an expected period of time. Overall a very good experience. I did purchase a new F Pace while waiting, so it really was a good day.
