Pro-Tech Towing 24hr towing

Absolutely wretched company, towed a car within an hour at an apartment complex while visiting a friend, had one lousy little sign that you can barely see. Took 700$ from a college student.

They towed my truck and car and destroyed my car dolly, wouldn't give me my wallet out of my vehicle, so I had to reorder all my cards, drivers licence, because they were to lazy to just walk out to there yard and get my wallet for me. I told them I had the bill of sale in my car, in glove box and they refused to get it for me,if they would of got my wallet and my bill of sale I could of saved my car,but they did nothing to help.they said to me, we don't find nothing with your name on it or in it to say that it's mine, but I told them we're everything was in the car, like court papers the guy that worked there went and got my jacket and my court papers out of the car,my wallet was gone and some of my papers was gone, so someone had gone threw my stuff, they wouldn't let me go to my car ,far as I'm concerned they stole my car from me.

If i could give 0 i would. Suuuper rude customer service, Ashley one of the girls working there yelled at us and told us different prices everytime. Super rude. Towed our car from our own place, at night , within an hour, and didnt even contact us. Which might also be our lease managements problem too. Super unprofessional and rude.
