Mud (yes that is her name) helped me find 3 obscure items today. I walked into the store and couldnt find an Ace expert close by so I went to the register to ask for help. Mud immediately said come with me as we found the isle that would display the first item. Instead of just telling me this is it! She read the instructions to make sure it would work on my granite countertops. It didnt so she asked for help, we found exactly what I needed. And its working. One more point I want to make. This store has significantly improved. After 2020 their customer service was terrible (Ill leave it at that). So I went to Home Depot instead. Now Ill head back to Ace on Regal before I go to HD. Good job

Update 2/25/24 After being frustrated, I wanted to update my review. They did find the part in the back room after my prior review and update below. They went out of their way to contact me and offer it if I still wanted it. I did end up going back and purchasing. I also want to add that their store reconfiguration and increased product variety is great and helpful. Lastly, employees have been more helpful and I appreciate having this ace as an option on the upper south hill. My original post is below. 8/24/23 - Ordered pickup online available today. Went slightly before closing and said they couldnt find the item, but the night crew will get it out. If I had known they wouldnt fulfill the order today, I would have had free delivery for Monday. They said online is wrong and they only do free delivery for over $300 so we would have to pay extra for delivery. Terrible customer service all around. Update 8/28/23 order canceled for no reason given. Some communication would be nice.
