I went to have my RV tires balanced, had it done on a Friday. I didn't notice until the following Tuesday, that one of my storage bins underneath, was damaged. The damage showed a distinct pattern to a tire jack imprint. I took it back to Pomp's, asking them to make it right. They decided that it came from me jumping a curb. Understand, the clearance under my Class A motorhome is over a foot as you can see in the picture, for me to have jumped a curb to cause my RV to bounce that hard, either I would have had to ram the curb, or hit a high median. I did not do either. My RV was not damaged when I took it to them for a simple tire balance I warn you, they have new people who don't seem to know that they are doing, and Pomp's will back up those newbies even when they mess up This isn't Whalen's anymore BUYER BEWARE
