I was told I was going to have Internet today and have a technician come out to my house and they closed about an hour ago and no ones coming until tomorrow I would so give them zero stars

I have no dial tone, no land line phone service going on four days. My age, situation, safety, demand that I have working phone service. They have now scheduled me for a repair in a week. I want to go on record, that if something happens and I am unable to call 911 or emergency services, that they have chosen to leave/put me in this situation. They are liable. They have funds to put their name on a football stadium in Seattle, while no urgency to service a potentially life-threatening customer service outage. Worst excuse for a regulated utility service provider ever. Getting through to them, next to impossible.

My business without phone service for several days and spent at least 7 hours unsuccessfully trying to get a hold of customer service to fix. Still down and still no help. Losing sales by the minute and still no help. How do you stay in business?
