        Unprofessional. Possibly a scam?! I went to the physical site, and there was no office. Area was sketchy, but my sister really wanted a unit here. The person I spoke to, claimed to b the owner but didn't know what he was doing. Against my better judgemental, I allowed them to process my card information for a storage unit BEFORE signing an agreement, which was also sketchy. I did online paperwork/agreement, and as I was filling it out, I was informed that the unit I wanted was NOT available. I was told that in order to get my refund, I had to finish signing the agreement. I never received a confirmation that this was canceled or a refund receipt as promised. I was told 24 hours I would get a return. After countless back and forth and being hung up on, I got a semblance of (screenshot) of a refund. Still never received it. It has been 2 weeks. I had to cancel my card and create a dispute. Go with your gut instinct. This place is shady and super unprofessional. Would give 0 stars if possible.

      Amber, we processed your refund while we were on the phone with you. That was sent to our payment processor within 24 hours and then takes 7-10 business days to process. Your review was written before we spoke and cleared up the delay. We have outstanding reviews and am sorry you wrote this before calling us to understand that the issue is out of our hands. We are a remotely managed location and are currently doing renovations to the on site commercial building. My assistant did your reservation and was not aware that our unit type was unavailable, and for that I apologize. Once this is processed with your bank I hope you reconsider your review given we did nothing but serve and assist you as fast as possible with your issue. Wishing your the best!
