        They do not care what time they are suppose to be open or if they see you standing at the door. Three times now Ive been standing at the gate at 11:00am waiting to get in and they continue to ignore me and take their time. Theres never any urgency or thanks for waiting! Like other establishments do.

        No matter when I have gone in here, the staff is always so polite. I never find shoes that I want, but I can see the appeal for everyone else.
