I went in with a ton of packages today that were returns. The person behind the counter, Gary, helped me. I think at first he did try to sell me a box and wrap (which is probably mandatory) but I've never had to do that with an Amazon return so I was confused by it. He patiently explained that with some returns they require the customer to pack even if they are printing the labels at UPS. Gary, I'm leaving you and your store a five star review because you took the time to explain things to me even after I was upset about the process. I appreciate it. I've always had good experiences here with the store on 29th Ave.

Very bad customer service, the employees are rude. I was trying to recover my package from Amazon and they refused to deliver it because I did not have my license with me and they did not accept another type of identity. I don't think I will ever visit one of these stores again
