Went in to complete a return, was in and out in less than five minutes. That's said, the "customer service" was very disappointing. Neither of the two employees acknowledged me aside from a glance that I took to mean it was okay to approach the counter. The employee (TK) came off as grumpy and barely said a word to me, so I thanked them for helping and got no response as I left.

I received an email that my package was waiting for pickup so I went to this location. When I arrived I waited for a few minutes. The man hadn't heard me come in, which happens and I have no problem waiting for someone to finish what they're doing. He promptly apologized for the wait and I responded that it wasn't a problem. When I started to speak I had to quickly turn my head to clear my throat and excused myself. When I turned my head back towards him he was making a sort of cross-eyed mocking face at me. I have no idea what this was about. It was strange and kind of hurt my feelings. Did I do something wrong? Granted, the rest of the process was quick and he was polite in the way he spoke to me, but making faces at a customer seems inappropriate. We never know what someone is going through and maybe he was having an off day but our interaction left me feeling bad. I hope his day gets better.
