Good afternoon David, Thank you for leaving feedback. Looking at your account history, your residence did have some communication obstacles due to your location. Additionally, while we did provide a new panel and keypads recently, it does seem some of the devices installed in 2018 were beginning to cause issues. As those would still be considered fairly new, and they tested well at first, we didn’t initially replace them. We understand you have become frustrated with the process as we were coordinating the replacement of those devices at no cost to you and want to apologize if there were any delays or communication issues on our part that added to your frustration.
