Tried to have brunch today had to wait to be seated in an empty restaurant. Server was rude and took her sweet time getting us water. The menu was a transitional menu and had like 5 things on it. Just use your normal menu. 2nd poor experience here wont be back.

I was very excited to try this place. Unfortunately it was a pretty negative experience. We walked in and no one was there to greet us for about 5 minutes. We finally were seated and eventually ordered food. After about 30 minutes the waiter came over to ask us what we ordered because he forgot and never actually put the order in. Then we discovered (after some suspicion) that our waiter was drunk. Another group in the restaurant started complaining, then the waiter started arguing with an older lady who was complaining about him being drunk and having to wait about 45 minutes with no drink or food even though they ordered. Then to make things worse the waiter started arguing with the kitchen staff swearing and yelling at each other across the restaurant. It was embarrassing, uncomfortable, and very unprofessional. The kitchen staff tried to get him to leave but he wouldnt. I will return because the food was good and I believe in second chances but if this waiter is still employed there I will not return. ( except to see the animals)

Very disappointed. DO NOT READ THE MENU ON THEIR WEBSITE they have less than half that menu available. Considering how things are cooked, that is probably a good thing. The burger I got was burnt, crunchy black grease all around the edges. It was very tiny. The $1 cheese was about 2"square. Not good. DO NOT GO HERE WITH A LARGER PARTY. The server was very nice, but hostess was not. 5 star server 0 star hostess. We had 16 and she was a mess trying to figure out where to seat us. She ended up forcing us to split and we got put into two completely different areas not near each other. She was also not friendly at all! I came here because it was the closest to our hotel, but the only thing I can recommend are the pretzel bones. They were hot and fresh, or maybe microwaved hot, and the cheese sauce was good. However, I had to keep saying to myself that they support the rescue to enjoy my time.
