        Waste Management is the worst garbage/recycling company I have ever had. Their communication is poor, it takes 20+ minutes to reach someone in customer service, and they have a monopoly on the area. I wish I had another option. The one positive is their drivers are very thoughtful and careful.

        WM drivers are the worse...pick up can , empty it and throw it back, sometimes in ditch, sometimes center of driveway so need to park elsewhere and get out and move to get in. Have numerously damaged our street address signs and reflectors.

        Drivers and collection procedures are fine. Confusing when trying to contact the local company. On time. Consistent. Overall, pretty good service.
