I received an un-solicited offer to buy my home from easy home buyer in the mail. I've never contacted them but they felt the need to try to buy my home. I had heard their commercials on the radio and wondered just what their "fair offer" would be like. My home is valued at $425,000. Easy home buyer offered to buy my home for $289.000 sight unseen. Now I understand what their "fair offer" really means, a fair offer for the easy home buyer, not the seller. I'm sure they are nice people, never met them. I hope this was helpful to people who are wondering how much of a hit they will take with any of these home buying companies. It bothered me that they tried to take advantage of me and my property un-solicited.

Matt was awesome to work with. He was patient and understanding. Very personable in his approach. He really listened and made us feel that he cared about our situation. He was even nice to our two dogs :)
