This was not our first purchase but definitely the smoothest one. We worked with Tina for the first time and were very impressed. She was several steps ahead throughout the entire process. Gave clear directions and helpful advice. We will be using her for all future purchases and sales. Responsive, knowledgeable, respectful and always has a smile on her face. Highly recommend! What a great experience it was having Tina as our realtor! She made the process of buying our first time home stress free. She is always positive, extremely responsive and was just a huge help. Any questions we had, she would answer right away but if she didnt have an answer shed find someone who did as soon as possible. She truly cares about her clients. If we buy or sell in the future well be having Tina as our realtor again!

My husband and I cannot speak more highly of our experience with Tina. If not for Tina, we would not have secured our home. She was always professional throughout the process, and over communicated every detail of our purchase and closing. We made an offer sight unseen based off her advice and expertise. Tina helped find us multiple vendors. She went to the house and did walk-thru with each vendor and got us estimates. I would like to say Tina went above and beyond for us, but I think is just how she works. In my profession I work with realtors on a regular basis and she truly outshines anyone I have ever dealt with. We highly recommend and endorse Tina.
