Cody was amazing! Really kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me what the problem was, and walked through how he planned to fix it. Double points for that since Im a woman and handy men usually dont take the time to explain things to me to where I understand them. So I really appreciated that Cody did that. He fixed our guest bathroom toilet and our leaking roof himself! He even offered to come back in a clean up some insulation from the attic after he fixed the leak in our roof. Ill be requesting Cody anytime we have any maintenance requests from now on. :)

STILL THE WORST-Any homeowner if you consider renting out your home dont use this company, they dont care what happens to your property as long as they get paid!
They are the worst!! they allow tenets to trash owners home, and get away with not paying rent, they never return. calls to home owners in a timely manner! They charge the homeowner for inspections, which they should be doing as part of their services without further charging the homeowner! They dont monitor the homes to make sure they are in the condition that they were when it was initially rented! DONT USE THESE GUYS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF
