Disgusted with these people, move into one of there properties about a year ago, constantly reporting about broken widows after letting them know how cold it was getting. They wouldn't do anything about it even after telling them how we had to wrap our newborn in multiple blankets to keep her warm.....mold growing around the windows, pubes in the tub as soon as we move in. Been trying to move out this past two weeks, they gave us a date that everything needed to be out by, instead of letting us get our stuff they changed all locks on us.... Sadly no one should have to climb a tree onto a 2nd floor window to be able to get there belonging. Keep deleting my review I wont quit....

Not very happy with them cause their is a rental on cedar street in cheney wa but no animals some people have animals I seen them ,so me and my dog has to stay homeless thanks

This office has a great support network where agents work together instead of against each other allowing you to get the best service when buying or selling a home.

My agent's name is koryne she was absolutely the most disrespectful experience I have had with this company. She was quick to raise her voice and swear at me for the simple crime of asking reasonable questions. She trespassed me from my exit inspection before concluding it and kept yelling at me while I was cooperative exiting the area without confrontation. I would have reported her to the supervisor but as I reminisce on the 3 years of being with this company as my landlord I remember this wasn't the only bad interaction I had with them and every time I reported them in the past they ignored it and kept on taking my money. From the plumbers they have on standby to the fast fixer crew I was always taken for a ride and to be honest I am super relieved to be near the end with them I just figured I would save anyone willing to do the research any wasted time money or effort with manito property management. They do not keep up with their side of the contract and will make you believe it is your problem to solve with your own labor and tools. There is a clause in the contract that states if you take them to court and they manage to win you pay for the entire legal battle so make sure to keep everything well documented for the courts record. Good luck and if possible let them go out of business. They may have changed their name but century 21 to manito property management they still kept the nasty and rude people on the payroll anyone good usually doesn't last too long here
