They kicked our family out of our duplex with the exact legal minimum of notice and no reason whatsoever. We always paid our rent and we're good tenants. They kicked our neighbors out as well. Suddenly we had 3 weeks to find some where to live for us and our young kids. It was horrible. We ended up between homes for weeks. Come to find out later they raised the rent and turned the duplex into military housing to benefit themselves. They are only in it for themselves and have no consideration for the lives of the people that rent from them. Rent from someone else, they are terrible.
Edited to say this was a few years back, but I still remember how bad it was. Of course they deny it.

Just got done renting not too long ago. Moland management can eat a big one. High price for not so good apartments. If something happens thats not your fault they'll make you pay for it. If I could this would be a FAT ZERO star rating.
