Was very kind, prompt and got the job done quick. I can't speak for price because I didn't shop around, but I would definitely call them again.

John did a great job replacing our old water heater. He was fast and efficient and showed up when promised. His prices were competitive with other plumbing services in the area, including the two local big box stores. He answers his own calls so you can talk with him directly. Will call JLR in the future should I need plumbing services.

First visit was professional and helpful. Second visit, he sends his employee who can only make observations before calling John for answers bc John makes the calls. About 2/3 of the time was spent waiting for answers from John. We discussed a partial replacement to happen the following day. John has me call him that evening to tell me theyre doing a full replacement. I said Im confused, this is not what was discussed. He said tell me what you want to do. I asked if hed look at the job so I could understand what would be done, he said I dont do free estimates. I said I cant let you come and do work I dont want done. He said pay your bill then and charged me for a full hours work when all I was left with was a far worse leak bc his employee brushed it open with a wire brush. Now Im out $400 and have to start over again getting quotes while dealing with a far worse leak in the meantime. I asked if he was comfortable doing business this way and havent heard back. Dont trust these guys. Its the classic bait and switch. Extremely disappointing.
