Sharon and Lindsey are amazing and really helped me with my back! I came in with pain and barely able to bend forward and when I left I was able to touch the floor again. I recommend them to anyone!!!

I have been going to physical therapist here since I injured my left shoulder last week. Friendly staff and trainers willing to help you out with your therapy.

Absolutely awful experience here. Saw Mike (owner) for recurring neck pain after a referral from my primary doctor. At his insistence that my disks were not responsible for my pain, he started me on a cookie cutter regimen of light massage followed by upper back/shoulder strengthening and heat or ice. All exercises and hot/cold therapies were supervised by non-certified personnel. I had to take the initiative to request printed copies of the exercises that they wanted me to perform at home as well as the frequency/duration because these were not offered by the staff. I also had to request the exercise bands be provided to perform the exercises. Several weeks later, my neck was not improving and I said so to Mike. The massages (thanks Beth) were nice but hardly worth the trip and were not helping my pain. Mike insisted that all I needed was more treatment and to give it time. I continued to follow his plan diligently. Fast forward 6 more weeks of progressing exercises and I was completely incapacitated the day after a session. I asked Mike if he thought the increase in pain could be related to the session and he said "only if your for was off during the exercises and I don't think it was." Interesting to note that he'd literally NEVER observed me performing the exercises. My pain was so severe that I went to an urgent care. My x-rays showed obvious abnormalities and I and was referred for an MRI. I was finally diagnosed with a herniated cervical disk that is pressuring my nerve and two bulged disks. I also had a significant amount of early arthritis in my neck. In my unprofessional opinion, the clear escalation in my pain right after a session is incredibly suspicious. Either Mike was wrong and my disks were involved from the beginning or I herniated my disk in his office. Needless to say, I never returned to the clinic. I only had a few more sessions scheduled but, was in far too much pain to even get myself to the office. Even if I could have made it there, I no longer trusted them with my care. I did promptly receive a quite substantial bill for their "services". The billing department staff are clearly the A-squad here. As for me, I'm still in pain.

Letter of recommendation for Elite PT Wow! I can't say enough good things about Elite. Mike runs one of the best businesses I've ever used. The staff is pleasant and always seem happy to be working here. The PTs take time to listen and evaluate you with no rush. They don't just give you exercises, but take you through a personalized session and do hands on PT work and post-workout therapy ( icing, stem, etc) (I've been to others who simply give you a print out of exercises to do, show how to do them, and send you home.). Elite has a well appointed gym with a wide variety of equipment. If necessary they send you home with bands to work with. I've used them for a torn meniscus and for an impinged shoulder. Both times I had clear relief and positive results. I've given their name to many friends and have no reservations recommending them wholeheartedly to anyone that needs relief.
