We have been coming to Roger for years and we get as excited as our dog Merlin for our visits! He is amazingly talented and a real Dr.Doolittle!! We have never been disappointed by his work and look forward to visiting with him. He is the BEST!

We stopped taking our dogs to Roger's due to his arrogant attitude. Over two years, we always scheduled our dogs at the same time since it was what worked best with the family's busy schedule. One day, without asking or telling us, Roger gave us our appointment card but changed the time. We didn't think to look at the time when we marked our calendar. We came in late the following appointment. He angrily said, "Did you even bother to look at the appointment time that I gave you? I can't always take you at the same time." Unfortunately, this was the last of a number of curt comments where we reached the end of our patience with him. He cut the dogs well, but there are many groomers that can do that and be consistently kind and accommodating to their clients too. We had friends that also stopped using Roger for his lack of "bedside manner."
