I mean, is exactly what you would expect for a balloon store! Locally owned and operated. I would go back! I used to go to the dollar store for my balloons, but I'm glad I stopped here instead :)

I ordered 30 balloons of 4 specific colors. All pearl soft colors. They were pearl white, soft pearl gold, pearl baby pink, you get the theme, soft and pearl for a birthday party. Then I wanted a soft burgundy that was also to be pearly which would fit in with the other three colors. The burgundy I chose looked okay by itself but was the only color that was a concern of possibly not fitting, and verbalized. After the balloons were all blown up "and ready to go," as I was told, the "burgundy" which was clearly more of a magenta and not pearly or soft in blown up form certainly did not match the other three colors, at all. The sales person assisting me even stated they weren't impressed with that last color after the balloons were inflated and ribbon tied. Okay the time to stop the helium and ask if I was sure of that color would have been before blowing up all 7 of the magenta. All it would have taken was one magenta balloon blown up and compared with the other three colors to see that we'd have to choose another one or just go with the three matching colors, leaving out the "burgundy." I was charged 76.00 with tax for all 30 with only being able to use the three colors. I ended up using the three pearl colors in the birthday event and put the magenta ones by themselves outside the entrance of the event room. I would not have spent 2 bucks a balloon for the 7 magenta had they been shown to me and compared with the other three colors before hand. I was charged 76.00 with tax for the 30 balloons (including the magenta). If there were other options in town, I'd go with them over Spokane Balloons next time based on this experience.
