We used Sherwin-Williams paint for the exterior of our house. We put the 1st coat on 4 weeks ago, and the paint still has not cured. We reached out to the store, and we're told a rep would call the next day. Then come out and check the paint. That was 10 days ago, and we have called two more times. They obviously have no intention of helping us. We then reached out to two professional painters. They both told us that our only mistake was buying that paint! Pretty disgusting when Sherwin-Williams won't even stand behind their product. After 4 weeks you can still leave your finger print in the paint. Never again will we make this mistake! If I could give them negative points I would.

Excellent, patient customer service from a young lady with glasses! We needed to reorder paint from a couple of years ago and she helped us get exactly what we needed!

Customer service is exemplary! Breanna helped me get the right products at the right price (she let me know of a sale that was starting in a couple days) & Trinity helped me use the product correctly (was going to do a second coat of deck stain & she recommended NOT to do that since the second coat wouldnt soak into the wood). For an amateur and infrequent customer like me, the service level was as if I was a VIP. Thank you!
