        Deceitful service center. My spouse took her 2022 RX450h in for its 10,000 mile service. She had a slow leak in one of the vehicles tire and asked them to check it. Lexus service told her the tire was not repairable and wanted her to order a new tire at $300 plus. Thank goodness she told them she would have to check with me. Upon her returning home I checked the tire and found a small screw the center of for the tire tread. I took the tire to a local tire shop and had the tire repaired. We have had no issues with the tire since the repair. I am extremely disappointed with Findlay service center. I dont know if they tried to pull a fast one on my spouse or just lack any type of honesty. We wont be back.
