Ken, our service technician, is and has always been very professional and knows his stuff. He knows what is wrong usually before he arrives and brings with him what he needs to repair our machines. Very nice man! I appreciate his knowledge and friendliness each and every time he comes.

Rick, was easy to understand, knew what he was doing. I noticed he called his support team for assistance when he needed questions answered. He found us a refurbished top for an older office copier/fax/scanner (all-in-one machine) that was in desperate need of repair & installed it for us. He cleaned it up and made it look brand new again. This is the first time all 9 people who use the machine are happy. Rick pleased all with a smile.

Couldn't help me, needed to fix my printer, said they didn't repair Brother brand
