Movement Mortgage

The other reviews are nonsense and laughable, we closed on a home with Movement this week. Yes they ask for a lot of documents like every other place is going to. David was impeccable and so supportive through the entire process. We needed our hands held and seemed to forget everything at least once. When we got irritated with the process, they gracefully encouraged us and it paid off.

This was supposed to be the happiest time of my life. Michelle made it the worst. She was mean, rude, talked to me like I was beneath her. She would yell at me, then out and out lied to me. She told me I would get my earnest money back and the appraisal money. $2000 she said I would get back, it was a lie.then called me and acted like I should be great full that I even got a house. Then told me how she is still checking up on my credit we closed over a month ago. She is very shady and I would never trust her. I would go anywhere but here

I am 77 yrs old and this was the worst experience in getting a home loan I have ever had. I have never been talked to so rudely, never had my personal information like bank balance revealed to others the way Michelle did. Given information that was incorrect so many times. No words can describe this experience. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!
