The entire team at Fairway (Jason, Hailey, and Katie) was amazing during our first-time, house buying journey! They were incredibly quick at responding to all our questions whenever we texted or called. They were always able to update our numbers when we put in an offer so we could see what the associated monthly payment and closing costs were, and that helped so much for us to figure out how much we could offer. When it came down to our actual purchase, they called the listing agent to put in a good word for us and our financing situation, which I do think helped push us over the top on to be the best offer! They were also able to do a 3 week close which is not typical and it went incredibly smoothly. We HIGHLY recommend the team here at Fairway Independent Mortgage and will use them for the next time we need to purchase a house!

Jason was extremely professional, especially easy to work with, thoughtful and thorough to our concerns and always considering our best interests.
