If you are looking for a lender, look no further. Chase was referred to us through our real estate agent almost two years ago. For two years, he answered our calls and e-mails and answered dozens of questions for us. He helped us to explore different avenues of buying, such as rental properties, new builds, etc. and even when there were cases where he would not be able to lend (such as on a particular piece of land or manufactured), he always made sure we were educated and helped us in any way he could. This is long overdue but Chase is by far the greatest lender I have gotten to work with. He was referred to us by our best friends and spoke so highly of Chase and how smooth the process was for them. They undersold it. From the first day we spoke, he has been 100% there for us to help with getting us approved fast, to being willing to jump on a call any time and dumb it down to help us understand all the homebuying jargon. Chase listened to my cry and encouraged us through the intense journey as we were outbid time after time. Even after we closed on our current home and had some insurance issues a few months later, he was willing to help with referrals and has always been there for assistance.
