Highly recommended! My experience working with Greg Templeton at Finance of America Mortgage greatly exceeded my expectations. I had somewhat of an unconventional home loan with a private party sale and no Real Estate agent representing me through the process. Greg communicated great, both email and phone, and I was impressed by how much he checked in with me to keep me informed of changing market rates and other loan details. He provided me with all of the information needed to make informed decisions. The buyer and I agreed on a delayed close, which meant I needed help understanding rate lock and rate float, etc. Greg was always very responsive and took the time to help me understand the process and options for structuring a loan that would meet my needs.
