Made an online order and they were out of the mini churros but the gal working the drive through just upgraded our milkshake size and gave us a molten cake to make up for it,she was very nice and did her best to make up for the inconvenience so thanks to that lady even though we still want some mini churros! Much better service and attention/attitude than the one downtown on third

This location is not staffed with the best let's say. 4 times last month they were not open when advertised and I witnessed staff arrive 30-40 minutes late on 2 of those occasions. They are almost always out of something or other. Out of like 50 soda choices they had 3 that were full, they have been out of sugar in the morning and kept telling people sweet n low was the same (yuck), often out of a food item or sauce, and they close the dining room early all the time. I've called them before and made them unlock the lobby and hour and a half before it's supposed to close. And once I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes before I had to leave because the drive through wasn't moving at all.

Took Mom in this morning for a bite to eat and a coffee and there was a intimidating man out in the parking lot doing pushups with his shirt off yelling obscenely and the JIB employee Artie working the lot tidying things up a bit made it feel not so intimidating and just his presence and courtesy kinda made the guy move down to the next block and made it where mom ain't so scared to visit DT Jacks next time by herself

Again horrible service! won't be one bit surprised if they end up closing down, I think they need to have a career fair or just hire ppl that actually want to earn their paycheck!
