Ordered delivery and it came 20 minutes earlier than expected! Got the carousel, sausage biscuits, and coffee drinks. Everything was delicious!

I paid for a 32 oz drink and they gave me 24 oz I went to call and theyre phone goes to voicemail I like there food but not there quality of work and they lack professionalism

Rude service, overpriced, drink was so hot I severely burned my mouth (this is why baristas are supposed to use thermometers). Music was overly loud, really miss the Indaba coffee "feel" and the care and kindness when Hello, Sugar was a newer business. Disappointed as this used to be a favorite spot and had brought an out-of-town friend here.
