Byram Healthcare Center

I have been a Byram customer since 2021. Customer service is courteous, efficient, and helpful. I always get greeted, and my order is taken and confirmed. I am able to connect with billing and they always help to resolve payment issues. Even when I fell behind on my bill, Byram treated me with empathy and respect. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I get from Byram, and I recommend this company.

I set up an order for CGM as well as Tandem pump supplies. With the CGM order, the company neglected to verify with my insurance company, so I tried to cancel the order. The order shipped anyways, I spent hours on the phone with Byrum and my health insurance. Initially I was told I was on the hook for a bill of approximately $2,000. Byrum did finally cancel the order, which was honestly, fantastic. I went forward, therefore, with ordering insulin pump supplies. I spoke to a very nice lady who was going to put the order in for April 1, but I needed more specifics for the order. I called back and spoke to a representative and verified that I could put the order I for April 1, as my insurance would not cover the shipment until then. He said that would be fine. Put the order in and was told it may not arrive for three weeks. I was very concerned as I would run out of insulin pump supplies before then, and told him that. He said they would try to ship sooner so I would receive them on time. The supplies shipped on March 29, so now Im back to needing to spend hours on the phone hoping and praying my insurance company will cover the cost, as they shipped before the April 1 date that I verified twice.

Couldn't have been a better first time experience with Jenny from Byram! She was so helpful in getting ostomy supplies ordered and recommended the stomagenie(?) which I received four samples of from the company, and as soon as I have time, I'm going to call her back to ask how to order the size I need! VNA recommended your company to me and I told the gal there that does the ordering how easy and wonderful your company representative was to deal with! I HATE that I have a colostomy but am glad Byram has made it easier for me to deal with! Donna Maiocca

Very incompetent. Kept messing up everything, took weeks and multiple calls/chats with them to get them to get my stuff correct and my order out.
