    I chose to go to this facility since I had a bad experience with someone at the other one, but ended up having to wait over an hour at this location! They only had one phlebotomist. To my surprise, it was the same lady I had last time from the other building! She messed up my order last time. Apparently she is covering for people at this location because they werent getting days off. She continued to make mistakes like printing out my labels and then saying she forgot to put STAT on them.

    U N D E R S T A F F E D !! There is an older lady staff that takes FOREVER to do what she has to do. They need at least 2-3 workers especially if theyre super busy !!

    You walk in and the motion detector that is on the wall continues to chime until you move away for it, except you cant move unless the people in front of you do. So while youre politely awaiting your turn it continues to go off while the lady at the front desk looks at you with disdain for making it chime. Once she finished with the person in front of us, she looks up and acknowledges us so we step up to the counter, start to ask a question and she gets very rude saying shes still with the other people, ok-they left so Im not sure how that is. So we sign in and sit down. Were called back up a minute later, because now shes free. Not the kindest staff and not very professional.

    There was only one person working there and they took so long to see anyone I had to wait half an hour when there was only one person in front of me.

    Had a great experience today getting my blood drawn. Joyce was wonderful, smiling, and caring and super good at drawing blood. Have had numerous bad experiences with getting stuck sometimes several times before success. Joyce did this painlessly. I highly recommend visiting this lab. Thanks Joyce and wish you all the best.
