Theyre 15 minutes late for my appointment and counting and playing 80s rock music in the lobby. Uncomfortable and annoyed.

Had an 845 appt, didnt get taken back till 45 min later, people who came after me got seen before me. Plus when the technologist finally called me back she stops me and tries to tell me about my insurance coverage for the test and I had to tell her more than once I had looked into this prior to scheduling and then she still said well Im going to make a note of it that you aware and may pay for it, stick to your job, its not your job to lecture me about my insurance coverage especially as unprofessional as she was.
