Let me just say, when I first came to rockwood they were great! But now I realize it's only because I had great insurance.. about 3 years ago I quit the job with the great insurance and got state insurance, that's when everything went down hill. I am type 1 diabetic, so unfortunately for me I rely on insulin to keep me alive. Ever since I switched insurances, my now ex primary doctor, Dr Todd Gottschalk, has lectured me about getting insurance/better insurance. Twice he's left the room before I could tell him the reason for my visit, not to return. About 2 months ago I went in for a routine check up to get ALL of my prescriptions filled (lantus and humilog), paid for it, and after being treated like I was selling them on the street, he neglected to fill my Lantus.. I've been trying to fill it for the past 2 months with no luck. Insulin of all things!! The one thing keeping me alive... I feel incredibly sorry for whoever has to deal with this unacceptable behavior from this terrible company and doctor (which that title is a loose stretch of the actual definition) . There are not enough words in the English language to describe how upset I am with rockwood. I am a business owner, I strive to be a helping hand in the community, and I would like whoever is reading this to know that I am beyond upset. And I fully intend on spreading this review amongst all platforms that will let me. Sincerely, your ex patient.

The worst!!!! been on hold for hour just to make and appointment. My pharmacy send a request over a week ago and still have not heard back them. will be finding a new clinic. Update: finally answered and instantly transferred me to a phone that has been ringing non stop for 10 min.

Saw a doctor earl in the week. He called in for the rest of the week due to illness (thats okay, i understand we all have things arise). The PA had my paperwork for work and need to retrieve this paperwork for work. I call back to see if i can retrieve it and the receptionist i spoke to was rude saying there is no way to get such paperwork. If i need it so badly then I need top wait for PA to come back a week later and pay another 20$ co pay to just speak with him. The way she spoke to me on the phone, guaranteed that i will never be coming back.

Doctor(PA) was and is amazing! Receptionist and lab workers take TOO long- horrible customer service! Said by several people waiting in long lines while workers a chatting amongst themselves- over two hours!!! Horrible- but I was told that it is normal for this office
