Worst doctors office I have ever been too. Was sent here to be seen for chronic throwing up for days and after being seen for 15 minutes the doctor wrote me a prescription that I can not fill anywhere I have called 10+ pharmacys and none even have access to get the medicine. I am still throwing up and returned this morning to ask for a doctor note since I am still throwing up and the medicine they Perscribed me cannot be obtained I was told I would get a call when my doctors note was ready and that I could come pick it up even though I live an hour away. Later in the day I call and they say they have made a note but cannot guarantee me a doctor note today so I am expected to return to work tomorrow with no medicine for my stomach and no doctor note. Would of been better off just not going here in the first place

My entire family receives their care here and the staff is absolutely next level! They remember you, they're friendly, they're helpful, and I've never had an experience where an issue was not resolved. The follow through is really quite something!

This place is a JOKE!!!!! And I'm not talking about their phone system employees or the pharmacy employees. I am only talking about the administration, receptionists, "Drs" and nurses. The receptionists hardly ever know what they are talking about but get frustrated at you for asking questions, explaining your issue and how you don't want to talk about your health out in the waiting room. The "Drs" seemed overworked and are only sincere when they are having a good day. And you know when it's a good day cause the "Dr" will actually listen to you instead of RUSHING you out and shoving medication at you. And the nurses are rude as hell!!! They not only talk down to you, talk over you and talk on repeat like a broken record BUT they will openly put how they think and feel about you in your paperwork on the app. I randomly checked when I could actually log into the thing, they put in the note section how I am a very emotional person that doesn't know anything about my own health and to basically watch out because I talk a lot and will "act" like I know more than the "Dr". I keep putting parentheses around Dr because there is NOT one actual Dr at this office. It's all Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses and Pharmacy Assistants. The assistant to my primary "Dr" had a telehealth visit with me on my birthday. She made me cry on that visit, did not care at all and kept talking down to me, talking over me and then proceeded to tell me to do more for my health. Even though I was trying to explain to her how much I am doing and nothing had changed. And because I was frustrated after crying, being talked down to and talked over she began to tell me how I should look into BEHAVIORAL HEALTH. Asking me if I ever been in therapy and on medication. She was GASLIGHTING me for reacting to her poor behavior. On my birthday. Then today, which is why I am posting this. I had an appointment for this Wednesday. They have this text thing where you can confirm over text. I'm used to that. Well all of a sudden after doing that, I get a call to confirm it over the phone. Weird but okay. This employee (Idk if she was with reception, an MA or nurse) proceeds to tell me about the appointment and I had to stop her because she was telling me how this appointment was for something I never asked for. I told her I remember setting up this appointment for something completely different and she TALKED RIGHT OVER me, I had to ask her to stop, how thats rude. She gets frustrated and "listens" but goes back to being a broken record. Won't answer my questions of how this even happened or try to even understand how I'm baffled with this kind of mix up. So I canceled the appointment. I tried calling to make a formal complaint but they just dismiss you. I am making this post to hopefully bring to light to the fact that I am now completely paranoid of going to the Dr for anything. This experience has left me feeling like my own health does not matter. How these people go into this field, gain this title and use it to justify how they treat their patients is beyond DISGUSTING. CHAS Health is a disgrace and should not be operating under the title of "Non Profit". They're abusing that title for their own benefits and putting a horrible stigma behind what it actually means to be a Non Profit organization. UPDATE: I find it ridiculous that CHAS has time respond to this review but can't return a phone call.
