Dont go to this location if you have a 2 year old boy thats have swelling of his leg, they made us wait close to 2 hours for results of an x ray scan, im ok with 45 minutes but 2 hours on a day that they are not that busy? On top of that charge an insane amount? Horrible location to be called an ER. The minute we decide that were leaving and asked what the hold up was; guess who pops in the room? The doc, pretty darn good timing huh? Dont think so. Stay far away from this so called ER...

At the time of this review, we have been twice. Once for myself in late January 2024 and once for our daughter tonight. Both visits were with Dr. Colin Croshaw. I didnt realize we had seen him for myself in January until checking the MyChart app because he was very familiar. He helped me when I had a panic attack that led to numbness in my arm and face, he was quick and pleasant. When we took our young daughter in for an allergic reaction, we got quick care and felt heard. He answered all of our questions and was very kind to our daughter and us during our visit, he explained things well and made sure our daughter was safe to go home before sending us on our way. Huge thanks to him and the nurses that were working here, we left feeling confident that our daughter was safe to come home. We were in and out within 45 minutes give or take a few. They took her into a room to be checked within 2 minutes of checking in and she was heard by everyone who talked with her, our daughter loves to tell people about her life and explain what she does for fun and sometimes show off her cool skills and I love to see her interact with people even when shes not feeling well, everyone listened to her and watched her show off her skills and Im so thankful that she was treated well and that we got the answers we needed from the whole fiasco. We will be sure to visit this ER the next time something scary like this happens. Wonderful experience for myself and my daughter. Thank you for all you do! Youre appreciated!

Dr heartly is the best doctor I've ever had in the emergency room and she saved me from something gone horribly wrong and did everything she possibly could for me. Thank you so much doctor!

Have had nothing but great experiences here. And one weekend from Thurs to Sun came in 3x..always so kind.
