Shriners Children's Spokane

I reached out yesterday in concern for my daughter. The way I was treated over the phone in trying to find help, was out of my comprehension. I will be looking for care for my daughter elsewhere.

Doctor was not profesional didnt take my concern for my child seriously and also had a nasty attitude,the rest of the staff were really friendly and nice love there attitude with us Just that doctor shouldn't even be working there

I came in with a broken wrist that needed surgery (had the surgery today) and it was honestly great. I had a great time, it meant alot that they talked through everything with me, I have PTSD from an injury at a hospital who took care of me, but didn't do do great.. left me with anxiety of how doctors would treat me. they were very considerate and caring. I had food there after I woke up, it was soooo good! ik the doctors probably won't see this but I love them sm! they were so nice:-)

Incredible staff and doctors! Everyone we met here was so kind and compassionate. The surgery staff where so great with my son and helped him feel comfortable and safe. Dr Sousa is an incredible surgeon who I highly, highly recommend. The physical therapy team is also wonderful.

My sons doctor sent over a referral to Shriners because he was having neck and shoulder pain. Without even taking a look at him, they rejected the referral saying that they dont see patients his age (14) that are having neck pain. 8 months later, after going through the whole PT, referrals, and MRI process, it turns out he has a torn labrum! Hes been in pain for that long and they couldnt even get him in to take a look at him!
