        SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE HORRIBLE BEDS! If you enjoy sleep or relations with your partner avoid this bed at all costs. The queen bed is a side by side air mattress covered with foam, nothing more. For $3000 you get 2 air mattresses that sag in the middle so bad don't even try sleeping on your side. The sleep number settings are not accurate or consistent. Changing from 100 to 50 makes no difference and is executed immediately by the app with no response by the bed so how is 50 and 100 the same? But 35 to 30 is like letting all the air out and your bottomed out. Honestly, I slept better in jail. Do not accept free delivery for the base because you cannot return the base. Returning the mattress costs $249 so the 100 night sleep guarantee is deceptive and a scam. Worst purchase I ever made by far. THIS WHOLE THING IS A SCAM, DO NOT GET INVOLVED. YOU WILL REGRET EVER PURCHASING THIS SNAKE OIL PRODUCT. WATCH OUT FOR THE "PROMOTIONS", THEY ARE DESIGNED TO TRAP THE CONSUMERS. CORPORATE THEIVERY AT ITS WORST!!

        So, this store is fine, to be fair. But as a whole, be careful buying a Sleep Number bed. They work great if/when they work correctly, but their warranty is a joke. They dont replace parts, they just give you a discount off of what they consider their full retail price, which we all know is at a ridiculous markup. And that discount decreases yearly. When youre investing this much money in a bed with a warranty, you dont expect to have to go out of pocket within the warranty period if something goes wrong. Thats not what warranty means. Just be honest and say if something goes wrong, we will give you a discount on parts, but dont claim that its a warranty. Horrible misrepresentation. I have two sleep number beds, and I am incredibly disappointed to find this out.

If you want help getting more comfortable, we'd recommend contacting us at 1-888-411-2270 from 8AM-8PM CST M-F, 8:30AM-5PM CST Saturday or 10AM- 4:30PM on Sundays. Presently, we also offer a 100 Night In-Home Trial, not a risk-free trial, as there are fees associated with a return should you decide the beds isn't the right fit. There are some items that are unable to be returned or exchanged, such as the adjustable base, though it follows mattress industry standards and can be used with your next bed. We think it's important to know that while defects in our beds are rare, the ones that do occur are most often found and reported at the beginning of ownership, which is why we fully cover any replacements due to defects during that period. After this period is the prorated portion of our limited warranty, where we're still covering a portion of the cost for your replacement, but no longer the full 100%.
