        Do NOT purchase gift cards for a loved one at this facility! They never have any openings! It has taken me over a year to find an opening to use a gift card! Scheduled over 3 months out, and then 2 weeks before the appointment they call to cancel!! They could care less if they have adequate staff to meet needs, they just keep selling gift cards knowing that people will never be able to use them!! Completely dishonest!! There are several other spas in town, take your money to a place that prioritizes customer service.

        Took my boyfriend there for our first massage ever did a couples massage... nervous but it was amazing and definitely plan to do it again...so relaxing and felt amazing!!! Both staff or therapists were amazing did not feel uncomfortable or anything...my person always kept checking to make sure I was ok and if the pressure was ok as I was nervous about my neck... They did amazing definitely recommend

      Tracey, we are so sorry that you feel this way. But you are definitely wrong about our intentions... we absolutely care about having adequate staff. And we absolutely care about getting our clients in for services. We are a small business and we book out very quickly. Especially for a 3 hour spa package.
