Owner owns a towing company with the same name.
11/30/22 Contracted company to remove vehicle from auction.
12/2/22 Had to call multiple over the course of two days to confirm if vehicle was picked up to avoid storage fees
12/9/22 Vehicle delivered but missing headache rack and toolbox
12/10/22 Owner claims box and headache rack were missing when vehicle was picked up
12/12/22 Verified with auction house video recording vehicle left site with said items attached to vehicle. Owner refuses to pick up phone.
12/13/22 Owner refuses to pick up phone. Unhappy customer.
Price was good, communication was poor, vehicle missing parts, nobody to contact to find resolution. Will not recommend this business.
