We are new to Spokane and so impressed with the snow removal. Our area is cleared in the early evening so we can get out the next day. So many streets arent plowed at all! Thank you!

Had good lawn service for the first several years but then their admin staff's services deteriorated and became unacceptable. Sad to see the decline, but we had to switch services.

Plowed a gated housing area then pyshed a bunch of snow in front of a apartment complex entrance if your gonna plow part of the road plow the whole road dont leave piles of snow in front someone elses place

Gentleman wearing a C&C yard care sweater parket the vehicle in the middle road blocking both directions of traffic to provide snow and deicer services. Multiple cars unable to pass due to this vehicle- working individuals did not make any attempts to move vehicle to the side. Unprofessional.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH C & C YARD CARE. They set you up with a service one time then they take it upon themselves to continue the service, even when you told them to cancel. They miss appointments and are hard to reach by phone. Phone messages go unanswered. We have asked them numerous times to spray our yard when we are home (because of our animals) and even though I am home at 2:30 in the afternoon, it is just too inconvenient for them. We finally "tried" to cancel our service, which we thought that by talking to the gal that works there that this was done. Apparently not. Someone aerated our yard yesterday without our permission. Now they are going to do our Sprinkler System next week without our permission once again. Go with someone else that cares about the customer!
