We were looking for creativity and a high level of customer service without needing to oversee or constantly be involved in a complex new landscape. Everything was delivered as expected. The design was extensive, gave us options and considered the complexity of our HOA and budget plans where we needed. The onsite PM and day to day lead was exceptional, checking in to ensure as we progressed it was as anticipated. Adjustments were made when expectations or complications arose and flexibility when needed. We are thrilled with the results and are spending way more time outside than we have ever. We could not be happier with the design, craftsmanship, and delivery on our major landscaping project. We were hesitant at first with the price quoted, but it was accurate and wed pay that amount again, no question. Whats more, Copper Creek was incredibly responsive to any questions that came up after the project was complete, a true indication that they stand by their work.
