    I am the assistant property manager for Rockwood Property Management in Liberty Lake and manage 4 different properties that get mowed by Greenleaf. I would like to say that they are easy to work with (office staff) and would love to give a HUGE shout out for 2 of their lead guys AJ W. and Austin D. They are awesome and communicate with us in the office. I would highly recommend! Thank you for all that you do to keeping our properties looking tidy and amazing!

    Very rude and extremely poor customer service! I called to make an appointment to have Greenleaf come out to give me an estimate to remove some trees and bushes. The person I spoke with asked what trees and bushes I was wanting to remove, I gave her a description, and she said to "just mark them" and someone will come out in the next few weeks to give an estimate. I asked if I tag the ones that I want removed or the ones I want to stay, and she responded very uncertain, "just mark the ones you want to stay." She said that after someone comes out, check my email over the next few weeks and there will be a quote. I asked if there is a way to know the day and time someone will be here, and she said "not really, they will just come out."I called back and spoke with the same person again, telling her that I would like to meet and to walk the person around the house/property to point out the specific trees and bushes I want removed, as there are some to go and some to stay, and if I can't get a day and time scheduled, I'll just cancel. Her response was "OK, we'll just cancel it." Seriously, they'd rather lose a potential customer than just scheduling a day and time? I told her that was "poor customer service as all I want to do is be here to make it easier and make sure we are speaking about the correct trees and bushes and that I can't believe I can't get a day/time scheduled." She then became defensive and said that she "never said that, that she can get a day/time but that she'll have to speak with her manager and will call me back." (Why wasn't this mentioned to begin with?j Well, about one hour later, she called me back, not to apologize  for the "miscommunication" or to give me some availability, but to tell me: "I spoke with my manager, and we will not do business with you." Seriously? Because I asked for a scheduled appointment, they will not do business with me? That's fine, I know Greenleaf tends to be overpriced anyway, but thought I'd give them a call. Based on this interaction, I am so glad they made it easy and I'm so happy I won't be using Greenleaf as I doubt they would even remove the right trees and shrubs, and why would I even want to support a business with such poor customer service? There are so many other companies in the Spokane area that actually respect, and value, their current and potential customers...and I actually have another company coming out this afternoon who was actually able to schedule an appointment with a potential customer and showed me respect. PS: Looking at their other reviews, it appears Greenleaf's poor customer service has been going on for years and they obviously don't care. Don't even waste your time, or dollars, with such a poorly run business.
