        Nice store but I wouldn't take a class from them again.I emailed and called two days ahead. I was sick and snowed in and they refused to give a a refund. I would have even taken the ability to take another class. These classes should have a waiting list. People get sick.

        Fantastic place to shop! You can find some amazing things here and spend a ton of money quickly! Phenomenal prices too!! I also had one of the best coffees I have had in a while - the Maple Leaf Latte was delicious! With my purchase from the store it was half off too! However, the normal prices are definitely steep for Spokane coffee however it was absolutely tasty!

      Hi Tracy, thank you for registering for a culinary class with us! We do appreciate your business and our goal is always for you to enjoy class and our store. We do have a 7 day cancellation policy because of the associated costs and nature of live events. We have to purchase food/supplies in advance. The Chef, assistants and staff are all scheduled to be there and make class awesome. While this class did have a waiting list of over 30 people, the 25 hour notice you gave us was not enough time to fill your space. We are so happy that your friends who attended this class were able to bring you ravioli, sauce and recipes so you could at least enjoy them at home. We hope you will attend another class!

We try our best to price competitively with the internet on merchandise. The Maple Leaf Latte is one of my personal favorites too! We do use quality local coffee from DOMA and make all of our seasonal flavors in-house. You'll have to come back and try another. Eric ~ Owner
