Never had issues with old brokers like Josh working there. But since they had new people I have had failed underwriting on my car insurance policy, management and broker who signed the contract didnt meet requirements of the contract and didnt meet needs of underwriting. I had to call progressive directly with issues and problems and they stated that the person who wrote the contract didnt do it properly or followed up correctly and to contact them directly when signing up for progressive. I also had to have progressive themselves send the premium check due to cancellation on an improper written contract. The management said i wouldnt get that money back and there nothing he could do about it. So in conclusion. Progressive and dmv both said to directly apply for insurance through company themselves and not 3rd party This wasnt an issues 10 years ago and wasnt an issue 5 years ago. But in last 3 years I have had repeated problems with the company

I have been a loyal customer of ABC Insurance for over a decade, always receiving excellent service from Josh and his team. I have even referred clients to this company in the past. However, I am deeply disappointed to say that I recently had a terrible experience with the owner, JoDee Piersol, when seeking a quote. Their lack of customer service skills and disrespectful language towards their former employees left me shocked and appalled. After this conversation, I can no longer tolerate such behavior and cannot in good conscience recommend anyone to work with this company. I had called to obtain a quote for a friend, and the treatment I received over the phone raises concerns about how JoDee treats people in person. If I can determine where the former employee went, I will gladly switch insurance companies. I hope this review serves as a helpful guide for future clients in choosing the right company to work with. Nobody deserves to experience the same poor treatment that I did. I feel One Star is to generous!
